They are her eyeballs! Don't they look funny? She said the picture reminded her of my brain icon that Slacker drew for me, like, 12 years ago... LOL. I think the view is looking from the top down.
Sarah is a good friend of mine. She has been having some bad neck issues and so they did some MRI's. Not sure why there was a top down view, but I dig it.
As for where to aim if she were a zombie (and frankly, I'm not convinced she isn't, given her love of brains), it really doesn't matter. The key is to bash the brain in, in as many places as possible. Even better, decapitation.
